Out with the Old, In with the New

Our homeschool conference starts this Friday. Do you know what that means? It is time to start planning for the new school year. What?! Some of you are probably just trying to finish this one up first, right? Well, we've been working feverishly, and we're finally just about done. All that remains is a bit of reading and our standardized testing.


Planning for the new year is my favorite thing to do! I'm not just talking about my favorite "school" thing...it's one of the best parts of my year! I just love wiping the slate clean and dreaming about the future. And I love, love, love buying new books. That is the best!


I know why this appeals to me so much. It is because I am a planner.
